Hey! I'm Brooke Dalton, a Registered Provisional Psychologist in Central Alberta. I offer in-person therapy sessions in Red Deer and virtual therapy sessions Alberta-wide.

I value being real and genuine in therapy. I am here to see you and hear you and support you in your therapeutic goals... which is a fancy way of saying I can provide tools to support you but sometimes we might simply sit in the hard stuff together. I will hold hope for you, believe in you and be a safe space for you to be you. I'm not here to judge or tell you how to live your life, I'm here to meet you with compassion and grace and definitely a sense of humour.

In addition to therapy, I offer mental health education sessions for groups and businesses. From lunch-and-learn formats to more intensive training, contact me and we can see what fits your needs best.

I want to acknowledge I practice on Treaty 6 and Treaty 7 territory, the traditional lands of the Cree, Saulteaux, Blackfoot, Dene, Nakota Sioux and the Siksika, Piikani, Kainai, Tsuut'ina, Nation and Stoney Nakota First Nations, respectively. I want to acknowldege the many First Nations and Métis who took care of this land, and as I live, work, and support healing in this community I hope to also support healing and reconciliation by honouring this land, respecting it, and the many traditions of indigenous people.
